Guthrie County Hiring Civil Clerk

Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office Full-Time Civil Clerk/Administrative Assistant.    Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for a full-time Civil Clerk/Administrative Assistant.   Perform a wide range of Sheriff’s Office bookkeeping, records management, administrative, clerical and specialized programming duties in support of and assistant to the Sheriff and Administration. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency
One year of experience or a combination of secretarial/administrative/clerical and bookkeeping with significant public contact, including experience with computer data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

Hours:  Weekdays 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay Range: $55,000/annual

Full-time benefits include IPERS, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid vacation, sick time, personal days and comp time.
